When special issues arise such as employee-relations issues, we are there to provide consultation, support and provide access to employment attorneys upon request.

Monica Lynghaug,
MS, PHR, SHRM-CP

Monica’s passion for helping people led her to earn her B.S. in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Counseling & Guidance and she also obtained her Human Resources Advanced Technical Certificate.

After serving as a counselor for several years, she realized that she wanted to apply her skills in the world of business as an HR professional to help people create work environments that nurtured employees both professionally and personally.  Monica believes that when employees spend 40+ hours every week at work, that time should safe, comfortable, and fulfilling.

Over the next fifteen years, she held multiple leadership positions at both behavioral and medical health companies, helping them grow their business and become more efficient in their processes.  In 2019, Monica started HR Streamlined Solutions to help other businesses succeed.

In addition to holding her SHRM-CP and PHR, she has a Life and Health License for Minnesota, Iowa and South Dakota.  Monica is a long-standing member of SHRM and TCSHRM.

I would highly recommend Monica for HR, and specifically, benefits administration.  The short time Monica was with Skyline she was able to streamline fairly complex enrollment and invoicing processes due to several acquisitions that had occurred in 2019.  She was also able to jump in at the very end of our enrollment process (due to untimely turnover in the department), make sense of the elections, and ensure employee elections were processed accurately.  She is resourceful and was a valued asset to the team for the short time she was with Skyline.
